Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

All returns/exchanges must be received within 30 days after the delivery date. We will only accept returns/exchanges within this time frame. All returns and exchanges must be made to the place of purchase, we do not accept returns on web orders in-store and vice versa. We do not accept returns/exchanges on international orders.
Returns/exchanges are not accepted on sale items, jewelry, hair accessories, art prints. Returns/exchanges must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags still attached. Items with packaging must have all parts included in the return. You, the customer, is responsible for all shipping & handling fees for returned items. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a refund or refuse full refund based on the returned condition. Items are subject to denial, store credit, and/or a 20%-50% restocking fee if they do not meet the criteria above.
